Building the perfect Reformcore routine is about finding balance, pushing limits, and tuning into what your body needs. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned enthusiast, crafting a schedule that works for you can make all the difference in how you feel, move, and perform. 

Here’s how you can build a Reformcore routine that’s effective, enjoyable, and totally tailored to you.  

Know Your Classes 

At Reformcore, we’ve got two core class styles designed to help you get the most out of every session: 

Reformcore Base: Perfect for those starting out or returning to Pilates, this class builds a strong foundation. You’ll get a full-body workout, targeting key areas like your core, glutes, thighs, chest, and back. It’s accessible but still challenging—leaving you feeling accomplished, energised, and ready for more. 

Reformcore Burn: Looking to level up? This advanced class is all about intensity—pushing your muscles to their limits with strength-focused challenges that deliver a serious burn. If transformation is your goal, this is where it happens. (Pro tip: Take a few Base classes first to build confidence and proper technique.)  

Start With Your Goals 

Think about what you want to achieve. Looking to build strength, improve posture, or just feel good in your body? Your goals will shape how you approach your routine. If you’re new to Pilates or easing back into fitness, start with 2-3 Base classes per week. For experienced movers, aim to incorporate Burn classes for added intensity. 

Consistency Is Key 

Progress comes from showing up, week after week. For most people, 3-4 classes a week is the sweet spot for seeing and feeling results. It’s frequent enough to create momentum but allows your body time to rest and recover, which is just as important. 

Mix It Up 

Variety keeps things interesting and helps you avoid plateaus. Once you’re comfortable with the movements in our Base classes, try alternating between Base and Burn classes throughout the week. This balance gives your body time to adapt while still challenging your muscles in new ways.  

Listen to Your Body  

It’s easy to get caught up in chasing goals, but remember progress looks different for everyone. Pay attention to how your body feels during and after each session. Some days, you’ll feel strong and unstoppable. Other days, you might need to pull back or take a rest day. Both are important parts of the process.
