  • How many times a week should I do Reformcore?

    We recommend 3-4 times a week to release, realign and strengthen. The more you attend, the better outcomes.

  • Is there a Reformcore studio near me?

    You can find a Reformcore studio in Battersea, Camden, Chelsea, Hammersmith, Shoreditch, and St Mary Axe. Watch this space for announcements on more Reformcore studios coming soon. 

  • Can I do Reformcore when pregnant?

    Reformcore is not suitable for pregnant people, but we have other options at our partner locations at triyoga (yoga) and Barrecore (barre).

  • Can I do Reformcore postpartum?

    Yes, but you will need to be signed off for exercise by your medical professional.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Please bring grippy socks and a water bottle. Grippy socks are mandatory but if you forget to bring them, you can purchase a pair in-studio.

  • Why do I need to wear grippy socks?

    Grippy socks aid in keeping our studio and equipment hygienic and keep you safe on the Reformers. They are an essential part of senior foot care for added stability and protection. More grip means you won’tslip and they are required for health and safety. 

  • What is the late cancellation policy?

    If you can no longer make it to a Reformcore class, you need to cancel at least 12 hours in advance.
