Frequently asked questions

  • How many times a week should I do Reformcore?

    We recommend 3-4 times a week to release, realign and strengthen. The more you attend, the better outcomes.

  • Is there a Reformcore studio near me?

    You can find a Reformcore studio in Chelsea, Islington, Mayfair, St Mary Axe, and Hammersmith. Watch this space for announcements on more Reformcore studios coming soon. 

  • Can I do Reformcore when pregnant?

    Reformcore is not suitable for pregnant people, but we have other options at our partner locations at triyoga (yoga) and Barrecore (barre).

  • Can I do Reformcore postpartum?

    Yes, but you will need to be signed off for exercise by your medical professional.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Please bring grippy socks and a water bottle. Grippy socks are mandatory but if you forget to bring them, you can purchase a pair in-studio.

  • Why do I need to wear grippy socks?

    Grippy socks aid in keeping our studio and equipment hygienic and keep you safe on the Reformers. More grip means you won’tslip and they are required for health and safety. 

  • What is the late cancellation policy?

    If you can no longer make it to a Reformcore class, you need to cancel at least 12 hours in advance. 

Important update

You may have already heard, but we want to make sure you’re in the loop: our Kings Road studio will be closing on April 30, 2025 indefinitely. This decision was out of our hands—but we’re already working on what’s next, and it’s going to be even better.

In the meantime, classes will continue as normal right up until our final day. We’ve also made it easy to keep training – whether that’s through class transfers, free membership upgrades, nearby studios, or refunds.
