BASE
Foundation + Form
Reformcore Base is our beginner-intermediate format, perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates. This full-body class introduces the core principles of Reformer Pilates with a focus on control, alignment, and strength. You’ll work your core, thighs, seat, chest, and back through purposeful, low-impact sequences that challenge without overwhelm. Accessible yet effective, Base builds strength, stability, and confidence

Intensity + Strength
Reformcore Burn is our signature strength-based format. This dynamic class is designed for those experienced in Reformer Pilates who want to see and feel transformative change quickly. Expect strength challenges that will ensure you feel the burn in all the right places. We recommend a few Base classes before stepping up to Burn.

BLAST
Cardio + Power
Reformcore Blast is our high-energy cardio format for intermediate to advanced clients. This fast-paced class combines intervals of dynamic, full-body movement with controlled, explosive jumpboard work. Expect to sweat, move, and push your limits in this fun, results-driven class.
BLAST is best for intermediate to advanced clients with prior Reformer experience. We require all clients complete at least 10 BASE or BURN classes before moving into BLAST.

Frequently asked questions
Can I access all class styles with a pack or membership?
Yes! All our class styles are available to book with any intro offer, class pack or membership option.
What can I expect from a Reformcore class?
This is a fast-paced class that delivers a deep-burn and a big endorphin in the end. Expect to get your heartrate up early in the class feeling immediately challenged.
Which class style is best for beginners?
Our Reformcore Base class style is the best place to start. For your first class with us, please arrive 20 minutes before your class to allow enough time for our Front of House team to get you signed in and show you around the studio.
How many times a week should I do Reformcore?
We recommend 3-4 times a week to release, realign and strengthen. The more you attend, the better outcomes.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring grip socks and a water bottle. Grip socks are mandatory but if you forget to bring them, you can purchase a pair in-studio.
