A decent amount of classes on the scheduled in Battersea would be great to have the mid morning and early afternoon classes back at st Mary’s axe and shoreditch.

BLAST is Reformcore’s new cardio-focused Reformer class. Expect 50 minutes of dynamic intervals and jumpboard work designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, sculpt lean strength, and deliver an endorphin high.
Is BLAST suitable for beginners?
BLAST is best for intermediate to advanced clients with prior Reformer experience. If you’re new to Reformcore, we recommend starting with our BASE and BURN formats before moving into Blast.
Is it still low-impact?
Yes, our BLAST format is designed to be high-intensity yet joint-friendly. The jumpboard provides controlled, low-impact cardio that’s easier on the body than traditional cardio like jumping or running.
Who should avoid BLAST?
BLAST is not suitable if you are pregnant or have back, hip, knee, ankle, or foot injuries. If you’re currently in pain or managing a diagnosed injury, our team can help recommend another class format.
How does BLAST differ from other Reformcore classes?
BLAST is our only format designed to elevate your heart rate throughout. It blends Reformcore precision with cardio intensity, so you’ll leave sweaty, energised, and stronger.
