Designed for intermediate to advanced clients, this high-energy format fuses the precision of Pilates with the intensity of cardio. Had a bit of a nightmare when trying to book, confusion between accounts, apps and branches made for it all to be rather complicated. Once I arrived to the studio, I missed the class by a few minutes and was moved into the following class. Arriving again, there was confusion on whether I was moved as my name wasn’t on the list. Antonia was absolutely incredible from start to finish, from over the phone, to on the app and in the studio, she really turned the entire experience around for me. One of the warmest welcomes I’ve received into a studio, which is hard to come by nowadays.

The class itself was great, the studio is clean, bright and easy to navigate. BURN delivered on all it had promised!

Thank you again to Antonia and the rest of the team, I will most certainly be back and it was her hospitality and pro-solution reassurance which made this experience complete.

    BLAST is best for intermediate to advanced clients with prior Reformer experience. If you’re new to Reformcore, we recommend starting with our BASE and BURN formats before moving into Blast.

  • Is it still low-impact?

    Yes, our BLAST format is designed to be high-intensity yet joint-friendly. The jumpboard provides controlled, low-impact cardio that’s easier on the body than traditional cardio like jumping or running.

  • Who should avoid BLAST?

    BLAST is not suitable if you are pregnant or have back, hip, knee, ankle, or foot injuries. If you’re currently in pain or managing a diagnosed injury, our team can help recommend another class format.

  • How does BLAST differ from other Reformcore classes?
